What do I need when I check in?
You must bring your email confirmation with you when you enter the lot. Because of space availability, a space will not be guaranteed without your e-mail confirmation.
How do I get the discount?
You must bring your email confirmation or coupons with you when you leave the lot. Please press the intercom and inform the representative that you have a reservation or coupon so they can give you the discount that you are entitled. Without your confirmation or coupon, Easy Park cannot give you a discount.
When I arrive back from my trip, how do I get a ride back to EASY PARK LAX?
Upon getting your baggage, please call our toll free number 1 (800) 939-3317 for pick up. Otherwise, simply wait at the shuttle pick up location and our continuous shuttles will be along shortly to take you back to EASY PARK LAX to pick-up your car. Please note that we are only allowed to stop at the Red Stop sign that reads: Hotel & Courtesy Shuttles.
What are your hours of operation?
The EASY PARK LAX parking facility and shuttle service is open and available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year to serve our clients.
What other services are available?
We offer Shuttle services from the front drive of the Sheraton Hotel to LAX and from LAX to Sheraton Hotel.
How safe is my vehicle in your location?
We provide 24-hour roving employee security, high level lighting and security gates on the premises. Your car is safer than parking in your own garage!
Can I park vans, trucks and oversized vehicles at EASY PARK LAX?
We can accommodate vans to up to 14 passengers. However, no commercial trucks, buses or oversized vehicles will be accommodated.
